MUMBAI: BIG 92.7 FM, Chennai's only radio Station, that plays songs that pamper mood of the listeners, in addition to offering listeners a superlative music mix has also upped its humour quotient to ensure higher listener entertainment on the Station. The Station has launched   some hilarious & innovative on-air interstitials titled – Dammara Seidigal, BIG Lollu, Situation Chinnaraasu and Major Manikkam. The content and characters have been conceptualised especially keeping in mind listener's quest for information, humour and entertainment.

Starting with the Breakfast Show – �Kalakkal Kaalai' with RJ BIG Dheena till the evening show – �Recharge Chennai' with RJ BIG Bosskey, BIG FM bombards the listeners with some refreshing and humorous jokes & capsules , which, when coupled with the mood based music mix is sure to keep listeners thoroughly entertained.

Situation Chinnaraasu is the first interstitial which goes on-air. The interstitial is about a funny character â€?Chinnaraasu' who is give a particular humorous situation and he comes out with a Kollywood song to match the situation. BIG Lollu is an interstitial which gives out various trivia and information in a humorous way. In an initiative to keep the listeners informed on the latest happening in the city in an interesting way, BIG 92.7 FM came out with Dammara Seidigal and Major Manikkam is a character who is proud of his stint in armed forces. He is an angry man who has his own take on various aspects. Major Manikkam has this habit of delivering witty punch dialogue based on different situation which will make listeners not only laugh but also think abt the answer
