MUMBAI: BIG 92.7 FM has the entire city mapped out and its RJ's geared up to go out and personally meet with the listeners they interact with each day. As part of its reach building plans, the radio station is hosting exciting on ground – direct connect programs with listeners in the coming weeks. The plan will see BIG FM RJ's visit key areas across the city - meeting, interacting and taking listeners on air.
Areas have been carefully chalked out so that each day will see the Big RJs putting to optimal use an area and touching maximum number of people. Meeting with listeners everyday, taking interesting live bytes on air, and giving them a first hand experience of radio will be an everyday feature. The on air programming will amplify the huge on ground connect plan by giving out the areas each day so that listeners will know where they can catch their favorite RJ's and the localities that they will be visiting. This plan will be supplemented by heavy on ground collaterals in the form of leaflet distribution giving out information about the key shows on the station, Big FM branded umbrella seeding, placard activities at key junctions with tune in messages and much more which will help in increasing awareness about the offering the station has to provide.
Commenting on the BIG ground connect initiative, Ms. Neerja Dhillon, Station Director, Big 92.7 FM-Mumbai said, This plan aims at building reach in areas that go beyond the regular activation areas, covering every nook and corner of the city. It aims at building higher awareness and reach for the station in untapped areas of the city touching newer consumers.
