MUMBAI: For the first time ever, Mozart of Madras AR Rahman will perform a live concert to promote his upcoming musical movie Rockstar on Tuesday 1 November in Mumbai.

The two time academy winner will be accompanied by actor Ranbir Kapoor, director Imtiaz Ali, co-star Nargis Fakhri, singer Mohit Chauhan, Ranjit Barot (Music arranger) and percussion guru Sivamani.

The event is being organized by Deepak Gattani of Rapport, who coordinates all concerts of A R Rahman, with special choreography by Ashley Lobo.

The special 'Rockstar' concert will feature songs like Saadda Haq, Jo Bhi Main, Kun Faaya Kun (with the original Qawwali singers), Katiyan Karun, Nadaan Parinde and Tum Ho.
