MUMBAI: Prashant Panday has taken over as Entertainment Network India Ltd (ENIL) CEO from A P Parigi.

Parigi, however, continues to be the managing director of the company. ENIL runs Radio Mirchi and also has a 100 per cent owned subsidiary - Times Innovative Media Private Limited.

Panday will be responsible for radio and events while out-of-home (OOH) advertisement will be looked after by Parigi. He will continue to report to Parigi.

Says Panday, "Besides FM radio, the company will concentrate on event mangement as our first quarter results indicate a 47 per cent growth in this sector. We are also planning some international projects."

Panday, who Joined ENIL as COO in 2000, was later made deputy CEO of the company.
