MUMBAI: Radio Mantra celebrated 'World Music Day' with exclusive interviews of music directors, playback artists along with their best compositions.

The station played interviews of Jatin-Lalit, Anand Raj Anand, Shankar Mahadevan, Vishal-Shekhar, Salim-Suleman, Sunidhi Chauhan, Daler Mehndi, Neeraj Shreedhar and many more.

Radio Mantra national programming head Kanwar Sameer said, Music is the backbone of any radio station and what better than showcasing who's who of the musicians and artists, getting to know them better on World Music Day....

The station also featured a special segment like 'Action Replay'- playing hit songs of 80's and 90's and 'Ticket to Bollywood' with Sufi singer Tochi Raina.
