Kailash Kher croons for Balaji's new show

MUMBAI: Known for using ample music in its soap operas, Balaji Telefilms has roped in singer Kailash Kher to sing the title track of its new show on Star Plus, Tere Liye.

The Sufi love song is music composed by Sunil Singh and the lyrics have been penned by Dr. Devendra Kafir as revealed by Star India Pvt Ltd EVP marketing Anupam Vasudev.

"The song has been conceived by Star Plus in partnership with Times Music. It is an ode to this epic love story and the two protagonists - Taani and Anuraag crooned by Kailash Kher," he further adds.

Times Music wll popularise the track via Radio. "It will also be released on the digital platforms thus offering a great song to the masses," says Vasudev 

The show premiered on 1 June at 10 pm on Star Plus.
