MUMBAI: Reliance Media World's radio arm, Big FM, will add humour to its offering for its North Indian listeners with a new breakfast show �Laughter Mornings'. The station has roped in comedian Bhagwant Mann to host the show.

The show will be aired on eight stations of North including Chandigarh, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Patiala, Hissar, Shimla, Jammu and Srinagar. Being hosted by popular Punjabi actor and comedian Bhagwant Mann and Chandigarh's RJ Anubhav, the show will offer humour capsules along with Hindi and Punjabi music. Mann remains on air along with the local Breakfast Jocks of the cities. The show in its new avatar will serve as package full of humour and entertainment.

At Big FM Chandigarh, Bhagwant Mann posses as a funny character called Jhanda Amli who talks and informs about the day to day happenings and local gossips. �Laughter Mornings' consists of four segments called Taaza Khabrein, Hansmukh Diyan Khabran, Bhawna Somaaya's Bollywood talk and Lagaam ko Zubaan do. In his first ever Radio Show, Mann joins RJ Anubhav during the second segment Hansmukh Diyan Khabran where he creates humour based on daily news stories and other social happenings. The third segment brings in Bhawna Somaaya with some fresh bollywood gossip for the listeners. The last segment of the show Lagaam ko Zubaan allows the residents talk about any burning issue of the city. The show will serve with best of Hindi and Punjabi numbers for the listeners.

Bhagwant Mann is famous for his Punjabi skits and humorous style of anchoring. This is his first stint with Radio. His comedy is mostly based on satire and the humour capsules are focused on politics, sports, bollywood and social issues which affect day to day life of a lay man. Mann has worked with almost all the Punjabi Channels as Comedian and Host. He has been writing scripts, acting and anchoring for TV channels. He was one of the popular constant of â€?The Great Indian Laughter Challenge'
