MUMBAI: Samsung has announced a new entrant �S Advance' in its galaxy series of smartphone.

Fueled by a 1GHz dual core processor, the Galaxy S Advance comes with a 4-inch WVGA 480 x 800p super AMOLED display, android 2.3 gingerbread and touchWiz user interface. The handset lends access to pre-installed google apps such as gmail, YouTube, google maps, google calendar and android market.

The smartphone features 1.3MP secondary camera and 5MP main snapper with autofocus and LED flash. Embedded with Bluetooth v3.0, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n connectivity the handset offers 8GB / 16 GB internal storage capacity which can be expanded up to 32GB with microSD card.
