MUMBAI: Karbonn Mobiles has unveiled a new handset for music lovers, the Karbonn K406.

The dual-SIM handset comes with both FM as well as multiple-format playback and a loudspeaker output. It supports MP3 and MIDI formats ff music (Midi, MP3, MP2, AAC, AMR-NB, Melody, AMR-WB, AAC+, eAAC). Users can play songs in the background while they browse the phone. It sports an expandable memory of up to 8GB, offers one-touch FM channel change, FM alarm, FM recording and playback and FM loudspeaker.

A company release claims the phone gives four hours' continuous talk time and 400 hours standby time, along with USB plug-in. Other features include a VGA camera, Bluetooth, torch light, video player, GPRS/MMS/WAP, mobile tracker, hot keys for audio player and data security.
