The song 'Caller Tune' will soon be a very popular caller tune: Himesh Reshammiya

MUMBAI: Even while the music of 'Xpose' topping the charts, Himesh Reshammiya, is busy composing music for Sajid Khan's upcoming film 'Humshakals'.

Talking about the song 'Caller Tune', he said, "Over the years, caller tunes have become extremely popular and I thought there was no song made about the same. Thus I thought why not make a song about something like this. That is when I came up with the track, and thankfully even Sajid bhai liked the song. I know it will become a very popular caller tune very soon."

The album comprises six songs and Reshammiya is extremely confident about the success of the music.

When asked about which of the roles he enjoys the most- actor or composer, he said, "I am a gifted composer and acting is my passion so I actually enjoy both."

Reshammiya recent film 'The Xpose', which he wrote and composed music for has done exceptionally well within its first week. In addition to starring Reshammiya himself in the lead role, it also stars popular Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh in a negative role.

Reshammiya won the Filmfare Best Male Playback Award in 2006 for 'Aashiq Banaya Aapne'. His music has a style of composition which is based on a fusion of Western and Indian classical music accompanied by techno beats He also received several nominations for his music direction. He has been presented the Phalke Best Supporting Actor Award for 'Khiladi 786' at 13th Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Awards.
