MUMBAI: This time Red Fm 93.5 is celebrating Holi in a very unique manner. In Delhi, 93.5 RED FM do a three day Holi Spike on the Delhi station- Sat, Sun & Mon- March 15,16,17th. Capsules called Holi Ke Peeche Kya Hai have been scheduled once every hour on these days. Each of these will be based on famous personalities like Modi, Kejrival, Rahul, Sanjay (Dutt), Virat & Dhoni. India’s no. 1 RJ, Raunac, will sit with his entire mandli and dedicate special Holi songs to these personalities.
Also, in Kolkata, Red Fm has lined up a three day evening special ‘Holi ki Toli’, where a bunch of odd-ball hasya-kavis (played by RJs) are seen having fun amongst a lot of madness! What’s unique about this over the top kavi sammelan is that a celebrity telephone booth is installed at the party, where celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Bappi Lahiri, Shakti Kapoor and top Kolkata stars like Jishu Sengupta and Jeet ‘call in’ to participate with their own shayris and one-liners in total Holi style!
