Get ready to Rock n Roll this January with 'These Reigning Days' at EMERGE

MUMBAI: It's time for Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore to Rock n Roll this January as UK's rising rock band – These Reigning Days makes their maiden India tour with LIVE Viacom18's EMERGE. The 3 city tour will take the band to Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi on 22nd, 23rd and 24th January, 2015 respectively.

In the last few months, this incredible live band has supported Bon Jovi in the San Siro stadium in Milan, played the main stage at The Polish Woodstock in front of several hundred thousand and attracted global interest from fans and the music industry.

These Reigning Days music is often described as anthemic, epic stadium rock. It fuses layers of strong but understated guitar lines with a twisting, indie-pop synth sound that quietly drives the compositions.

Drawing on a great range of influences their songs, penned by Dan Steer, are memorable, danceable and instantly accessible whilst still retaining much depth for those who want to glean more. Dan's stunning unique and powerful vocals and soaring guitar are underpinned with a pulsing rhythm section from drum phenomenon Joe Sansome and formidable bassist Jonny Finnis.

Their singles are being play listed on radio stations all over the world and since being invited to showcase at the prestigious Musexpo in Los Angeles, they have attracted international music industry attention.

Conceptualised by LIVE Viacom18, EMERGE is a distinct music property that cuts across barriers of conventional music. The property gets bigger and better this time, with an eclectic mix of talented international and local artists, photography, modern art and much more.Its multi-dimensional experience will comprise installations and stalls that will engage audiences with different forms of art.

The Opening act for These Reigning Days will be performed by Mad Orange Fireworks.

Popular funk, rock, pop and jazz ensemble Mad Orange Fireworks are a Bangalore based four piece band that plays most genres - from pop, punk, fun to rock call their music as 'Orange Rock'. The band features Michael Dias on Vocals and Guitars, Ramanan Chandramouli on Guitars and Vocals, Kaushik Kumar on Bass and Vocals and Deepak Raghu on Drums / Vocals.The ensemble draws its inspiration from legendary bands like Thermal and a Quarter, Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer and The Beatles.
