Gaana Crossblade Punjabi Music Festival is here to captivate music lovers of Pink City

MUMBAI: GaanaCrossblade Punjabi Music Festival powered by Royal Stag Large Short Films is ready to spread some good old Punjabi flavor in Jaipur once again. GaanaCrossblade, nation’s biggest regional music festival is soon coming to Rajasthan’s Pink City on 19-20 January at JECC, Sita-pura, Jaipur. This two-day festival, a property of Speed Records and EYP Creations, is a utopian land where all things Punjabi come to life. From the music to the decor and installations, food and games- the entire vibe of the festival re-imagines Punjabi culture and music.

Pop music culture in India has been kept alive in a million ways by the prolific industry of Punjab. From bhangra songs to wedding numbers; from explicit raps to romantic tunes, this multi-faceted industry has given the entire nation a plethora of euphonic gems. There is a mystic charm about the versatility that prevails in this realm of entertainment. Just the way a butterfly emerges from its cocoon, Punjabi music too is continuously morphing into an enchantress that snuggly fits into the lives of the people who happen to stumble upon its beauty. From being an industry serving only to a niche audience, the Punjabi music industry is now taking the entire world by storm and how! It is this flavor that GaanaCrossblade brings to the table for its attendees.

The whole festival surely promises to be larger than life experience, and rightly so as the audience will witness breathtaking performances by the best in the industry. Performing artists also include Punjabi sensation Jazzy B, ParmishVerma, Jassie Gill, BabbalRai, Bohemia, along with Indo- Kiwi singer Shirley Setia, Jasmine Sandlas, Akhil and many more.

GaanaCrossblade, originally an eight editions old musical tour which has grown to become the only regional music festival in the country, aims to bring alive the spirit of Punjabi music and culture through a combination of music genres across two days in the forthcoming edition in Jaipur. The last edition of GaanaCrossblade witnessed humungous crowd and amazing performances by the artists. The festival has introduced a multi-stage showcase of performances- a first for any main-stream event in the region. This year the festival is catering to three cities i.e. Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Pune. A perfect haven for a good time and great music, the entire region is eyeing this festival with ever-increasing fervor.

Just a countable number of days are left in this larger than life musical and tickets are up for grabs on insider.in and PayTM.
