Mot÷rhead to release a new album 'Bad Magic', North American tour to follow

MUMBAI: English rock band Motörhead will release its 22nd studio album 'Bad Magic' on 28 August. The album will be followed by a North American tour with Anthrax in mid-August. The band will also celebrate its 40th anniversary with a European tour in the fall starting 15th November 2015 at Le Zenith in Paris and ending on 6th December at the Hartwell Arena in Helsinki, Finland.

The album will include tracks titled 'Victory Or Die', 'Thunder & Lightning', 'Fire Storm Hotel', 'Shoot Out all of Your Lights', 'The Devil', 'Electricity', 'Evil Eye', 'Teach Them How To Bleed', 'Till The End', 'Tell Me Who To Kill', 'Choking On Your Screams', 'When The Sky Comes Looking For You', and 'Sympathy For The Devil'.

A note issued by Motörhead  stated that the album will be “bristling with thunderous attitude, pioneering spirit and some of the fiercest rhythms and riffs that will beat your ears into submission this year, Bad Magic is a massive kick in the teeth for anyone who dared believe it might be otherwise."

The statement also further added that two tracks 'Thunder & Lightning' and 'Teach Them How To Bleed' “will show that Motörhead are as strong, mean, loud, relentless, uncompromising and goddam heavy as ever."

In September last year, there were talks about the band working on the new album. The upcoming album is produced by Cameron Webb who also produced their last album 'AfterShock' in 2013.
