Lorde, The Chemical Brothers and Miguel team up for Hunger Games second track

MUMBAI: After their last album 'Further' in 2010, The Chemical Brothers are back and this time they have teamed up with teenage star Lorde to work on a song from Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 soundtrack.

The song 'This is not a Game' will be the British electronic duo's new piece of work after they composed 'Theme From Velodrome' in 2012. The song premiered on Zane Lowe's BBC radio show on 21 October and has already been well received by listeners. It is also available for listening on Billboard's website. This project comes as a welcome comeback for the brothers who have not been very active in the past year.

Lorde, who has been curating the list of musicians she wished to work with on the soundtrack, has featured in the song along with American musician and producer Miguel. While Miguel is the prominent voice in the song, Lorde's distinctive vocals when she sings 'There it is' repeatedly, cannot be missed. The involvement of such big names from the industry makes this collaboration an extremely massive one, with fans anticipating an exceptional music score from the movie.

The news of the collaboration follows Lorde's release of her number 'Yellow Flicker Beat', one of the singles from the movie's score. With first-rate artistes already a part of the movie, Lorde is expected to bring more big names to work with her.

The highly awaited movie's soundtrack will be released on November 17 and the movie will be in theatres on 21 November.
