MUMBAI: Australian rock band AC/DC  recently released their fifteenth international  studio album ‘Rock or Bust’, which also marks the band's first album since its 2008's ‘Black Ice’. The band waited eight years between its 2000 release 'Stiff Upper Lip' and 'Black Ice', making this their second-longest period between studio efforts.

The iconic rock band released an accompanying music video for the track ‘Rock The Blues Away’, which is the first song the Australian band laid down for the album.

'Rock the Blues Away' is an up track that reminds me of growing up in Australia," Angus Young told The Sun. "I loved being on the beach and that song was inspired by taking me back to the beach hearing rock 'n' roll on the radio."

The video was shot in LA soon after the band delivered a power-packed opening performance at the Grammy Awards, which were held earlier in February. The video is directed by David Mallet and features real fans who came from all over the world, just to be part of this historic taping. It also includes clips with black and white behind-the-scenes footage.

Continuing their legacy of selling at least a million copies of each album, ‘Rock or Bust’ is already toping sales around the globe.

The new album features Malcolm and Angus Young's nephew, Stevie Young on rhythm guitar, who will also join the band on tour in Holland this May. He previously had a brief stint with AC/DC during the 1988 tour for 'Blow Up Your Video’, where he replaced Malcom Young.

Next month, AC/DC will be headlining the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 10th and 17th, after which the band will embark on a world tour to promote ‘Rock or Bust’ while celebrating the band's 40th anniversary.
