MUMBAI: After producing for rappers like Rocky Glock and releasing his debut album 'Sad Boi Forever'. Trap Monk is releasing his new single that is caring forward the story of his EP. The song ‘Move On’ is about being stuck in the past and not able to move on from it.
‘Move On’ is basically about the phase when we are trying to move on from our past but still can’t. The memories from the past are stuck in our memories and they don’t let us move ahead like a chain. Even if we try, we keep going back to the memories that hurt us and make us stuck.
The single is written, produced, and sung by Trap Monk. He himself mixed-mastered it.
Production-wise,Trap Monk gave the single a Lo-Fi feel and played a lot with his vocal texture. He tried to keep innocence and pain in the melody and his singing.
