"This COVID-19 lockdown period, truly music is keeping me busy and I am happy to be safe and grateful. I am working on my new genres of music as this is the time when you can really reflect on your art and polish your skills. I am doing this that's why my mind is in a better place. Infact this is all together an evolved generation where one doesn't need a label for support. People can release music and put it out on a public domain," says Rochak Kohli who made his music debut in Shoojit Sircar's romantic comedy Vicky Donor with Pani Da Rang.

While there is so much of negativity circulating around us due to the covid pandemic, Rochak urges everyone to keep themselves busy as he is doing the same.

"Where there is positivity there is also negativity and we can't run away from it. These days there are many triggers, If you are on social media any post can trigger you and if you are not in a state of mind you can be easily be bothered by it. Keep your self busy, I basically do the same, with some exercise, meditation and chanting.
