MUMBAI: Neha Kakkar a versatile singer in the Bollywood industry and Indian Idol 11 judge made a comment on the sets of Indian Idol to a contestant saying she wanted to commit suicide at one point because of unfavourable situations that took place.

Addressing an Indian Idol contestant Azmat, the popular singer said, “You know what Azmat. Today, I am in a great situation. But everyone goes through a rough patch in their life. Even I went through..I used to feel that life is unfair to me and that I shouldn’t be alive. There was a time.”

Neha Kakkar continued, “Whosoever has such thoughts, that person must change those thoughts and think about his family and think how life is so beautiful and move on with life just how I’ve done.”

Neha did not mention the reason for her statement but it’s widely believed to be linked to the depression that she underwent in the aftermath of her breakup with Himansh Kohli earlier this year.

Even after all the trauma Neha did not lose hope and is still continues to give us blockbuster hits
