MUMBAI: Singer Shilpa Rao, who might not make a consistent presence in Bollywood but her rare singing appearances, do leave a lasting impression. One such Bollywood number is her latest War song, Ghungroo, which she has co-sung with Arijit Singh.

Commenting on the response received by the party track, which was trending since its release and has garnered over 37 million views on YouTube, Shilpa exclaims, “I will be a little honest that when I did the song, we all knew that it’s going to be something amazing. I am happy with the response and looking forward to more.”

 “This is my fourth film with Siddharth Anand and Vishal-Shekhar. Siddharth has a very keen sense of a good song, album,” she further adds.

Featuring Hrithik Roshan and Vaani Kapoor, Ghungroo is penned by Kumaar while its music is composed by Vishal and Shekhar.

The Bulleya singer, who recently spoke to us on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi concludes, “For this year, War song, Ghungroo is my last release. Next year, there will a be lot of stuff coming up.”
