MUMBAI: The second song, Mere Gully Mein, from the upcoming Ranveer Singh starrer, Gully Boy is out and Ranveer has stolen the limelight with his kick-ass rap!

Sung by Ranveer, Divine and Naezy, Mere Gully Mein is a rap about everything that happens in Ranveer’s Gully in the movie. Composed by Divine, Naezy and Sez on the beat, the song is a celebration of rap as a tool to express anything and everything! While rappers Divine and Naezy, who have also penned the lyrics, have sung a fabulous rap, the surprise package is Ranveer Singh’s rap like a pro! One would be shocked by his phenomenal rap and the credit goes to the hard work, he has put behind practicing rapping for the movie.

Meanwhile, Mere Gully Mein has become a rage since it dropped online today and has become the current rap anthem of India. The video is currently trending and has garnered over seven lakh, ninety six thousand views on YouTube.

Starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, Gully Boy is slated to release on 14 February 2019. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the movie is based on the life of popular Indian rapper Divine.
