Shashaa Tirupati lends voice for 'Aaina' - a song by India's environmentalist

MUMBAI: Indo-Canadian singer Shashaa Tirupati has lent vocals for director Sarthi Gupta's music video, Aaina. It is India's first music video to be produced in accordance to celebrate innocence, womanhood, love, and travel, all together.

Written as well as directed by environmentalist, Sarthi Gupta, the director has brought Bollywood Industry's best minds, under one roof, to bring about a change. The heart warming lyrics and composition has been done by Bengaluru based famous musician, Adil Nadaf.

The music, the concept and the locations in this music video, indirectly speaks of the natural world we all can live in if we can truly restore our nature. This can be one of the most beautiful videos of all time. It has received some international attention too.

 Shaasha is the voice behind hits like, The Humma song from OK JaanuPhir Bhi Tumko Chahunga with Arijit Singh and Baarish from Half GirlfriendO Sona Tere liye  with A. R . Rahman and Chal Kahin Door, both from MOM, She has lent her voice in Jab Harry Met Sejal.

Meanwhile, her latest song was a recreation of legendary singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s popular song, Tere Bin Nai Lagda for which she received applauds from Bollywood music composer, Vishal Dadlani.
