Armaan Malik becomes the first Indian artist to collaborate with 'Smule'

MUMBAI: Singer Armaan Malik has become the first Indian artist to partner with Smule, a US-based music app company.

Armaan recently shared a video of him crooning to his song Thehar Ja, along with the news of his collaboration for the company’s app, Sing! By Smule.

Sing! By Smule is a music app that allows you to record Karaokes, both and videos of famous songs, duets with artists, singles and much more. Armaan has invited people to sing along with him on Theher Ja through his tweet and the fortunate ones may witness a chance to meet the talented singer.

Speaking about his association with Smule, Armaan said, “This is a global first collaboration for any Indian music artist with Smule and I’m really excited about it. My fans will get a chance to sing a duet with me on the song Theher Ja from October. I’m really looking forward to all the duet entries from my fans, singers and musicians worldwide.”

The singer tweeted the Smule link on Twitter for his fans to join him –

“It has always been a dream of mine to take Indian music global and this is a small step towards realizing that dream,” further said the Dadasaheb Phalke Award winner.

With this feat of his, Armaan has added another accolade in his successful musical innings. Now, it will be great to see if Smule collaborates with other artists from the Indian music clan.

By Smule is a globally famous karaoke mobile app of the US-based mobile app making company, Smule, which is specialized in making social music apps. The app had earlier collaborated with globally renowned artists including Ed Sheeran, Charlie Puth, Shawn Mendes, Demi Lovato, Luis Fonsi and Seal etc. to name a few.
