MUMBAI: A new and beautiful rendition of the popular song Baarish from the Arjun Kapoor- Shraddha Kapoor starrer Half Girlfriend released recently.

The song which is so delightful is crafted by Kashif Rameez who has conceptualized the entire idea.

“It feels huge when your first directed music video comes out to be a beautiful one. The appreciations, applauses, cheers make it more special from within. Hope the audience likes it,” says Kashif.

The cover is sung by the Le Le Mazaa Le singer Rishikesh Kamerkar who is a known singer in the Marathi music industry and who also features on the cover.

Rishikesh who has sung the cover says, “I had a great time working on this video, the director of the video Kashif Rameez is a friend of mine since a couple of years. Now we are working together on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs where I am a jury and he is the jury coordinator. Our reality show association led to us planning this cover and I am happy that it came out so good and is getting a brilliant response.”

The unique and interesting part of the song is that it has been shot on a mobile phone.
