Colors Infinity flags off 'The Stage 2' tour

MUMBAI: After the resounding success of its second season, Colors Infinity’s ‘The Stage 2’, a singing talent hunt, kicked off its multi-city tour in Delhi on 22 February 2017. Through ‘The Stage’, Colors Infinity took a pioneering step towards giving budding English singing artists in India a platform to exhibit their talent before Indian television audiences. This show has is now entering the live space with ‘The Stage 2’ tour.

The four-city tour will see ‘The Stage 2’ winner Sharvi Yadav, along with the three finalists Arunaja, Natasha Sehgal and Raghav Meattle perform live for their fans at Hard Rock Cafés in Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai. The musical journey that commenced on 22 February in Delhi will conclude on 2 March in Mumbai.

Excited about The Stage 2 Tour, Viacom18 English Entertainment marketing head Sabrina D’souza said, “The second season of ‘The Stage’ has been well received by the viewers of Colors Infinity. The Stage Tour is a multi-city initiative spanning music festivals, college events and club performances, giving our viewers an opportunity to experience and interact with the finest talent from the show. These artists have not only impressed the judges but also won their audience over with their mesmerizing performances. Going by the warm response received so far, they can expect as much love and encouragement from the audience in Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai too, when then go live on stage.”

The multi-city tour promises to further elate the music scene and showcase some of riveting talent that was discovered in Season 2.
