MUMBAI: Early this month ace singer, music composer and multi-instrumentalist Papon joined Saavn as its Artist-in-Residence. Under the same, the singer was to release his music exclusively with the music streaming giant. Keeping up with his commitment the 'Moh Moh Ke Dhaage' singer is now releasing an album. 

Papon's upcoming album titled ‘The Story Now’ will be launched at the sun down event on 23 November at Taj Lands End, Bandra.

In most probability, Farhan Akhtar, Shreya Ghoshal, Shubha Mudgal, Pritam, and Anu Malik will be joining Papon at the album launch.

The voice of the north east music scene is the third artist to become Saavn’s Artist-in-Residence with Nucleya being the first and Raghu Dixit joining in next.
