MUMBAI: Joining the gradual growing list of Bollywood actors finding a voice through the genre of rap, young sensation Ranveer Singh has now provided blistering vocals to one of the leading international fashion brands 'Jack & Jones'.

Titled 'Don't Hold Back', the commercial promotion of the brand features the popular actor in a rapper's avatar in his typical flamboyant approach. Strictly speaking about music, the rap comes out as an ideal message for the brand’s identity, and Singh rapping on it further boosts the brand’s purpose.

This isn't, however, the first time Ranveer Singh has 'rapped' in a song. Earlier, the actor was heard rapping for ‘Ranveer Ching’, also featuring Arijit Singh’s vocals. But, 'Don't Hold Back' becomes Ranveer's first only vocal contributor to a composition of this genre.

Abhishek Bachchan, Sonakshi Sinha and a few other Bollywood biggies have experimented with the genre of rap before. In fact, the timing for the Jack & Jones commercial could not have arrived at the better time, as Ranveer Singh would seen performing the role of a rapper in Zoya Akhtar's next.
