Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps has Steve Aoki to thank for his medals

MUMBAI: Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps has had a record-breaking time in Rio de Janeiro, winning his 13th individual gold medal, bringing that to a record-breaking 28 total medals.

This Baltimore bullet has Steve Aoki to thank for all his medals and that’s because the swimming champion listens to him before taking the jump into the water!

In his recent interview he mentioned right before winning the 4×100 meter medley relay last Saturday 14 August, he listened to Steve Aoki and Afrojack’s ‘No Beef.’

We are sure Steve will be happy to hear this.

Steve Aoki is an American electro house musician, groundbreaking record producer, and music executive. Winner of Billboard Awards in 2008, and MTV Latin America in 2015.

Steve is famous for his tracks such as ‘Turbulence’, ‘I'm in the House’, ‘What We Started’, ‘Freak’ and more. He has collaborated with renowned producers and vocalists such as Afrojack, LMFAO, Iggy Azalea, Lil Jon, and Laidback Luke, and is recognized for his remixes of artists such as Kid Cudi, Drake and much more.
