Colonial Cousins to make a comeback for a musical fest

MUMBAI: Who doesn't remember the Colonial Cousins, which was formed by Indian singer-composer duo Lesle Lewis and Hariharan? Their first album of the same name was released on 1 October 1996 under Magna sound Label.

Songs like ‘Krishna’, ‘Let Me See The Love’, and ‘Sa Ni Dha Pa’ did swing away the nation that point in time. The outstanding blend of Indian and Western music generated an innovative melody and won a million hearts.

Who would not want to see them performing together? Thus, on popular demand Colonial Cousins is getting back for a fusion and folk-based music festival this October.

Confirming the reports, the man with Midas touch, Lesle Lewis said, "Colonial cousin is there, it is going to be there. There is a new music festival coming up which is folk and fusion based. I along with Hariharan will be performing. As I see Colonial Cousin will be opening for the festival on 15 October."
