MUMBAI: Remember the track that made Suneeta Rao famous back in 1991? We are referring to 'Paree Hoon Main' that was released by HMV (now Saregama) and sold more than 75,000 copies. The song turned out to be an instant hit back then and still makes its way in Navratri celebrations.

The song is now back in a new avatar. Former 'Indian Idol' contestants Meenal Jain, Antara Mitra, Prajakta Shukre and Mauli Dave got together to recreate the song that Rao once owned with pride.

The recreation has been arranged by Harpreet Singh in the form of Acapella and Dance music.

Leslie Lewis who composed the original track appreciated the new version on twitter.

Interestingly, Suneeta Rao too liked the video as she put up a post on her Facebook page that stated - This one I really liked:)) Made me happy....
