MUMBAI: Singer-songwriter-music composer, Darshal Raval is moving out of the TV cocoon with Rajshri Productions’ ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. This is just the beginning for this singing sensation, who rose to fame with Star Plus’ ‘India’s Raw Star’. Raval has three singles, three Bollywood songs, three Gujarati projects as a music director, and an international project in the pipeline.

While the ‘Ishq Chadha Hai’ star’s song in ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ is not a solo, (he has sung it with Mohammed Irfan and Palak Muchhal), his songs in the upcoming Bollywood films- ‘Guns N Roses’ and ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ will be solo tracks. “Apart from this, Raval has sung a song with actor/anchor Manish Paul for music composer- Sachin Gupta,” said a source close to Raval.

When contacted, Raval confirmed that 2016 would be a big year for him saying, “A lot of my solo projects will release next year.” In addition to this, the singer will also be getting into music direction by 2016. He has already bagged three Gujarati films – ‘Romcom’, ‘Heer’ and a third untitled film – for which he will be music director.

“The Gujarati music industry is offering me some good projects as a music director. And I wish to get similar projects in Bollywood too,” stated Raval.

The singer is also working on three singles at the moment and an international project. “There is a lot in the pipeline,” Raval concluded.
