5 must watch international music videos for this week

MUMBAI: With everything that is happening in the music space these days, it is very likely to miss out on a video. And while that may be ok for some people, avid music lovers would not want to miss out on some of the hottest music that’s making the rounds. So here are five international music videos that released this week, and you need to check them out if you have not already.

Hotline Bling: The audio version to Drake’s ‘Hotline Bling’ was released on 31 July, 2015, but the music video for the track was only put out on Vevo this week. The song managed to reach number two on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, making it Drake’s first track to reach the Top 10 in two years. Until October this year, the song has sold 804,000 copies in US, and has garnered over 17 million YouTube views so far.

Focus: The song is the first single from Ariana Grande’s upcoming, third album titled ‘Moonlight’. Since its release on 29 October, the music video has already surpassed 10 million YouTube views.

To Ü: This one is by Jack Ü from the album Skrillex and Diplo present Jack Ü, and features vocals by Aluna George. The album has eight other tracks that include other artists like Kieza, 2 Chainz, Missy Elliot, Justin Beiber, SNAILS and Bunji Garlin.

Kamikaze: ‘Kamikaze’ is MØ’s first single from her second, yet untitled upcoming studio album, and is produced by Diplo. It was released worldwide on 15 October, 2015, and its video version only released recently. ‘Kamikaze’ has managed to top Belgium and Danish music charts, with its music video gaining over one million YouTube views so far.

Over And Over Again: This is Nathan Sykes second single as a solo artist. It follows his first solo single- ‘Kiss Me Quick’ from his debut album that released in July, 2015 after his band The Wanted took a hiatus in 2014. ‘Kiss Me Quick’ managed to reach number one on Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart. While Skyes ‘Over And Over Again’ is being appreciated by fans, numbers for its popularity are yet to show.
