Sponsored by Smirnoff, 50 Cent in his true thug gangster style rocked the Mumbaikars at the MMRDA grounds, Bandra on 18 November 2007. The concert turned out to be a bigger success than expected with over 7,000 hip hop music fans making their way through the bad traffic to be on time for the concert. Supposed to start at 8.30 pm, the concert began over two hours late with an aggressively disappointed audience, but when the concert started all the bitter feelings for the late start-off couldn`t stay for long.

50 Cent sang tracks from his double-platinum albums `Get rich or die trying,` Massacre` and his latest album that released in September `Curtis.` He also regretted coming to India this late and said he should have come immediately after the launch of his second album. The special effects screen played scenes from the videos of his songs `Candy Shop,` `Piggy Bank` and `Disco Inferno` among the others. The concert ended with `In da clun` his biggest hit till date. During his performance, he threw water at the crowd and sported a staged wardrobe malfunction as well.

Curtis James Jackson, who has now adopted the stage-name 50 Cent, came with performers from his own record level G-Unit Records. Unlike the other concerts, the tickets for this concert were relatively cheaply priced - at Rs. 600 and Rs. 1000.

Celebrities like Shekhar Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Aditi Govitrikar, Malaika Arora Khan, Ashmit Patel, Minisha Lamba among others studded the evening with their performances.
