VH1 India to premiere EMA 2011

MUMBAI: Vh1, India has acquired the exclusive rights of 'Europe Music Awards 2011' (EMA) to be held on 6 November in Belfast.

Vh1 is running a campaign for EMA's special category �Worldwide Act Award', which allows fans to vote their favorite nominee. 'Indian Band Scribe' has been nominated in this category, which is divided into five regions- Europe, Africa-India-Middle East, Asia-Pacific, North America and South America.

The voting process for EMA 2011 will end on 23 October and the final nominee from each region will be announced on 24 October. The five regional nominees will then battle for the title of 'Worldwide Act at the European Music Awards'.
