MUMBAI: Vh1 India has initiated a new property titled ‘Official Top 20’ that will feature hits of renowned international artistes.
Commencing from 29 July, the hour-long show will air hits of renowned artistes like Beyonce, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Jay Z, Jennifer Lopez, Eminem amongst others. The playlist will include tracks like ‘love the way you lie,’ Empire State of Mind, ‘Dirt Off Your Shoulder,’ ‘Get on the Floor’, ‘Judas’, ‘Destiny Child’, ‘Detroit’, ‘Love’ and ‘Born This Way’.
Last month the channel had also hosted a special show ‘Greatest Albums Ever,’ showcasing best music across genres. The show aired greatest albums which were released post 1980 from different genres. Acclaimed musicians, journalists and music aficionados discussed factors that make albums rank on top 10 spot.
