MUMBAI: Even as the year draws to an end, T-Series continues to add to its burgeoning kitty of Hindi film music titles.

The music label has acquired the audio rights of Bolo Raam which brings together yesteryear stars like Naseeruddin Shah and Padmini Kolhapure, along with Om Puri , as well as  Vishal Bharadwaj's Ishqiya starring Naseeruddin Shah, Arshad Warsi and Vidya Balan. T-Series president - marketing media publishing (TV) Vinod Bhanushali has confirmed both acquisitions. The music of Bolo Raam is composed by Sachin Gupta who is also the in-house composer of music label Tips. Ishqiya's score will see multi tasker composer singer director Vishal Bharadwaj compose the tunes. Interestingly, Shemaroo, another player in the music space is the co producer of Ishqiya, but the rights of the film have been handed over to T-Series. The music of Ishqiya is slated to hit the shelves around 1 January, making it the first Bollywood music launch of the new year

The music label had all the big releases of the year under its wings. Shantanu Moitra's 3 idiots, Ilyaraja's Paa, Lalit Sen's Dulha Mil Gaya and Adnan Sami's Chance Pe Dance are few of the big banner films launched in December whose music rights lies with the label. The music rights of the much awaited Hrithik Roshan starer Kites which is scheduled to release in January next year also lies with the music label.

Earlier this month the music major had entered into a strategic alliance with Reliance Entertainment's Big Music to handle distribution for the latter's catalogue.
