MUMBAI: A star line up of rock stars and Hollywood actors will be featured in a new book that pays tribute to the ‘King of Rock N’ Roll’ Elvis Presley. The ‘Shades Of Elvis’produced by Presley’s wife Priscilla Presley and photographer Christopher Amerouso will have 70 stars that include Tom Jones, Tim Burton, Snoop Dogg, Alice Cooper, Eddie Van Halen, Robert Plant, Steven Tyler, Tony Hawk, John Stamos, Lita Ford, Steven Tyler, Peter Fonda, Buzz Adlrin, Pamela Anderson, Celine Dion, Gene Simmons, Charlie Sheen, Willie Nelson, Juliette Lewis, Johnny Depp, Billy Gibbons, Def Leppard and Mike Tyson.
The stars will wear and pose with glasses personally owned by Presley for the book.
A three - CD collection of Presley’s recordings ‘Elvis at Stax: Deluxe Edition’, that include outtakes and rare photos from the July and December 1973 sessions, which resulted in three separate albums has also been released. The book is expected to hit shelves late November 2013; an E-book versions will also be available.
