MUMBAI: Red FM's Morning No. 1 show, hosted by star RJ Malishka, completes three years on 1 August. The show, high on entertainment and interactivity has won several awards for the station. This year Malishka will share her joy with the children of Make-a-Wish Foundation, and fulfil any wishes that they might have.

Malishka will visit Make-A-Wish Foundation to meet the children and try to fulfil their wishes - for bicycles, toys or just chocolates! Malishka will also send out an appeal to all Mumbaikars through the radio station, to come forward in what ever way they can to make these wishes come true. Celebs like Katrina Kaif, Neha Dhupia, Bobby Deol and Brett Lee have come forward to endorse the cause on Red FM and make appeals to Mumbaikars to come forward and support this endeavour by adopting wishes.
Speaking on the initiative, Red FM national marketing head and station head (Mumbai) Anuj Singh, said, "We at Red FM believe we can make things happen. Bajaao for a Cause, Red FM's CSR arm, stands for not only raising issues, but also driving action. After receiving tremendous response for our efforts last year, we aim to bring hope and joy to these children by bringing a smile upon their faces!"

"It's been a fantastic journey so far for Morning No. 1. Keeping up with the spirit of the show, we decided to share our joy with these children. There is nothing like putting a twinkle back into little shining stars to brighten lives. There are so many wishes the kids have that there can never be enough people helping out! And I am going to do all I can and ask as many people as I can to help us in this cause¦" said RJ Malishka.

Commenting on the occasion Make-A-Wish Foundation of India CEO Mukul Gupte said, "We don't just grant a wish, we also create hope, strength and joy for children with life-threatening illnesses. Our heartfelt thanks to Red FM and RJ Malishka for giving the cause a platform through "Bajaao For A Cause" to reach out to masses and help make more wishes come true. Here's wishing Red FM many more years of committed listening by all Mumbaikars."

Last year, Malishka devoted the show's second birthday towards educating the children of CCDT (Committed Communities Development Trust) and initiative that received tremendous response from listeners who came ahead to support the initiative wholeheartedly and pledged Rs 14,00,000 for the same.
