Red FM Mumbai completes 9 years

MUMBAI: Red FM turned a year older and completed nine glorious years this weekend in Mumbai.

As part of its birthday celebration, the station ran contests and gave out exciting prizes to its listeners. The station started off in July 2002 and has covered local issues with winning RJs, super hit music and interactive programming.

Speaking on the occasion Red FM 93.5 Network chief operating officer Rana Barua said, It's been a remarkable journey for Red FM Mumbai and for all of us who have been lucky enough to be associated with it. We have always been at the forefront when it comes to innovation and this year we picked up our third consecutive Best FM Station Award at India Radio Forum 2011. Our programming and marketing initiatives have been highly appreciated by listeners and have picked up prestigious national and international awards.  We have nurtured and honed some of India's best talents in the radio industry. For Red FM Network, our Mumbai station has been a trail blazer and we are extremely proud of all that the team has accomplished over the years....
