MUMBAI: Motorola will be downing shutters on its Motomusic store in India from 15 July.

In a notification put up on the Motomusic site, the company says -'From midnight of July 15th, the store will not be available for purchases or redemptions and your account and previous purchases will not be accessible.'

Motomusic India has put up a notice asking its users to download all the songs purchased, back them up and redeem any vouchers and prepaid coupons before 15 July. Motomusic Australia had shut shop in February this year.

Motomusic in India is powered by online music platform Soundbuzz, which was acquired by Motorola in 2008. Motorola announced the shutting down of Soundbuzz in May this year.

Motomusic content includes ringtones, full songs, wallpapers and music video clips integrated with mobile devices.
