Mithoon signs exclusive deal with T-series

Mumbai: Music Composer Mithoon has signed a contract with T-Series, wherein he has become an exclusive artiste for the company. Mithoon`s first project will be the music score for the film, The Train. Mithoon has earlier composed music for Bas Ek Pal for which he received Stardust award and Anwar, which topped the chart for weeks.

With the movie The Train, Mithoon also turns singer, by lending his voice for the songs `Woh Ajnabee`, `Mausam` and a second version `Mausam`. Playing a role as a music composer as well as a singer, Mithoon joins the list of music directors like A R Rahman, Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal Dadlani.

The movie has been produced by Shyam Bajaj and Narendra Bajaj. The film stars, Emraan Hashmi, Geeta Basra, Sayali Bhagat and Aseem Merchant.

Earlier Mithoon also worked for an internal movie by a Malaysian company named Astro Sho, for which he had composed five songs.
