MUMBAI: Sufi maestro Kailash Kher celebrated the one year completion of his successful album `Kailasa`.

The album was formed by the trio of Naresh, Paresh and Kailesh. The song Teri Deewani and Tauba Tauba has topped the charts in India, breaking all musical records, states the release

Kailash on the occasion said "It takes years of singing chorus after chorus and even then the best of singers could go unnoticed, God has blessed me with just few years of great work in the industry and remarkable support from my peers to which I am very grateful".

The event saw a performance by Kailash himself along with his band members Naresh, Paresh and Richa Sharma, apart from Raj Pundit who also performed on some of Kailash Kher`s hit numbers.

Among the celebrities present on the occasion were ad man-Piyush Pandey , channel [V] CEO- Amar Deb, directors Madhur Bhandarkar and Ketan Mehta, singers Illa Arun with daughter Ishita, Sudhesh Bhosle, Sanjay Maroo,-, along with lyricist Sameer and music composers Salim and Suleman, Adesh Srivastav and Shamir Tandon. Bollywood actors Prashant Nayar and Sonal Sehgal, , producer Ashok Pundit, choreographers -Bosco and Caesar along with model Vivek Madan were amongst those present at the event.

Kailash Kher hit the lime light with the smash hit `Allah Ke Bande` from the film Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II.
