MUMBAI: Hungama Mobile has bagged 2011 Meffys awards in the �Best Innovative Business Model' category for the Vishal-Shekhar Mobile Music Concert.
The project done in February 2011, in association with Nokia and Airtel was the first ever live music concert to be telecasted over the web, with a simulcast over the voice platform for Airtel customers in India. For the first time the composer-singer duo connected with fans on mobile from across the country and the WebCast was live worldwide via internet, simultaneously at a particular time.
