MUMBAI: Celebrating the spirit of womanhood, Hello FM 106.4 will feature programs on woman achievers from various walks of life on Tuesday, 8th March, 2011, across their seven stations in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.
All Hello FM shows on Women's Day will celebrate the contribution of women to facets like art, literature, cinema, social service and corporate affairs, among others. Hello FM will begin the day by saluting the legendary Carnatic vocalist MS Subbulakshmi with her immortal rendition of Suprabatham.
Hello FM will provide a platform for women to voice their opinions on social issues. The daily game show in the evening will be a ladies' special. Women contestants will be invited to participate in riddles, puzzles and word-play mind-benders. The radio station has also come up with an all-day special SMS initiative which will invite listeners to nominate their favourite woman achiever for the Hello Woman Crown across all seven locations.
