Big Digital launches music of comedy flick #039Bumboo#039

MUMBAI: The digital arm of Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd, Big Digital has launched the music of comedy film ‘Bumboo’. The film marks the official Indo-French cooperation in making a French remake.

Present on the occasion were versatile singers Sunidhi Chauhan and Javed Ali, music director Santosh Singh, lyricist Shadab Akhtar along with the cast Kavin Dave and Sharat Saxena.

Commenting on the occasion, the company spokesperson said, “We are proud to be associated with an esteemed project like ‘Bumboo’ which marks India’s foray in making official French remakes in Hindi.”

The music will be promoted on Big FM’s 29 Hindi stations and across different media platforms and networks including Television, Digital and OOH.

‘Bumboo’ is based on an original French story ‘L’Emmerduer’ written by Francis Veber and is considered a classic in France. The story is based on the idea that life is like a game where one tends to meet numerous people with varied tastes and interests. They can not only add excitement and variety but can also create problems.

Directed by Jagdish Rajpurohit, the movie is set to release on 30 March 2012.
