MUMBAI: After performing at Grammys this year, the Beach Boys have announced their 50th anniversary reunion tour in US.

Commencing from 24 April in Arizona, the band has announced 37 dates and will eventually wrap up on 15 July in Nevada. The band will  also perform at music fest 'New Orleans Jazz Fest' and 'Bonnaroo'.

Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine, David Marks and Bruce Johnston will perform on some of the greatest hits of their career like ‘Good Vibrations’, ‘Do it Again’ and more.

The Beach Boys split in the late 1990s, shortly after the death of member Carl Wilson. Mike Love and Bruce Johnston continued to tour under the Beach Boys name, while Brian Wilson toured solo and Al Jardine hit the road with the Endless Summer Band.

Rumors of a reunion tour of the surviving members of the band were circulating for years, but nothing was confirmed until last December when the band announced plans for a reunion tour and new album.
