Anup Jalota croons a patriotic song in English

MUMBAI: Anup Jalota often called "Bhajan Samraat" known for beautifying spiritual music in the form of Bhajans is all set to further explores his music. The singer who is credited with singing more than 500 bhajans and 120 ghazals is coming up with a duet with Preety Bhalla in English, on the occasion of India's 63rd year of Independence.

The track titled 'Tomorrow World Will Be Known As India' is produced by Bhalla, a classical singer. Lyricist Shaheen Iqbal has given words to the song while Sandeep Chatterjee is the composer 

Speaking on the reason why he chose to sing the track in English, Jalota said, Today the English language is spoken and understood worldwide and what better way to communicate the same worldwide"

The track comments on India's ascent on the global stage. It is also a reflection of how Indians are making a mark for themselves internationally. The video of the song showcases Preety Bhalla displaying her repertoire juxtaposed with her mentor Jalota.
