Heat will go away...Radio Mirchi water tankers on its way

MUMBAI: To address the water scarcity problems in Delhi for the second consecutive year, Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM, India's hottest Radio station has announced its summer rescue campaign – �Shielding May Mayhem'.

An initiative to lend a helping hand to facilitate Delhiites with water tankers, �Shielding May Mayhem'; is a platform for the listeners to share their water woes and register their locations to render help.

Sharing his thoughts on the initiative Yatish Mehrishi, Cluster Head & Station Director, Radio Mirchi, Delhi said, We believe in not only entertaining our listeners but also extending a helping hand in the hour of need. Summers have always been a challenge for Delhiites where scarcity of water is of prime concern. Like last year, we have made another attempt to bring respite to Delhiites and help overcome water crunch to an extent....

As part of the drive, Radio Mirchi provided water tankers to two adversely effected areas of Rani Bagh Ambedkar Nagar Park and Meera Bagh in West and East Delhi respectively today. The residents of these localities were delighted with the help provided by the station.
