Biggest tricolor of chhatisgarh - 95 FM Tadka Raipur

MUMBAI: Even Aamir Khan must have not rolled his lips in that ultimate surprise, as the people from Raipur did, this Independence Day. Months of preparation, days of thoughtful toil and hours of technical effort finally turned into a History when 95 FM Tadka, the Sounds Good Radio of the city, with the support of Nirmaan T.M.T hoisted the biggest flag of Chhattisgarh at Shahid Smarak, Raipur.

With a weight of approx 3750 grams and dimensions 6300 x 4200 mm,at least 8 people were required to handle our 'ultimate wonder'. In fact, when most of the three thousand reached the venue, not much has assumed, 'what next..??' . In words of Sankalp Rathore, a student, " I heard it in Bhilai, and obviously thought that there shouldn't be better chance to express for the nation, and there I am.. at 7 in the morning itself - with 2 friends along.". As another one, Asim, "Most of us think ways to simply spend our Independence day in peace...with no ideas of betterment. But here, with Tadka,I know I am the part of an amazing event...biggest tricolor. It simply gives me goosebumps.... Waiting, for the Hoisting..!".

Though the listeners had already gathered 3 hours ago, the final ceremony took place at 10:30 a.m. when Member of Parliament, Ramesh Bains hoisted the flag, followed by a short speech where he appreciated the efforts of Team Tadka and others. Moreover,the act was dramatically joined in by a blush of patriotism, when almost everybody ran to get their pictures clicked with our 'biggest tricolor' developed at Khadi Gramodyog Sansthan. As Shalini, one amongst the audience happily expressed, "I shan't miss this,.... Chhattisgarh's Biggest Tricolor... I am Loving this.....! Sounds Good!". " It was an exclusive experience... biggest Tricolor.. such patriotism in air. Plus, the information imparted regarding our flag is so truly helpful... great effort man!"

Therefore, with all 'tricolor' words, the golden patriotism begun in air...!
