Mumbai: BIG 92.7 FM – India's no. 1 FM station had it's Mumbai station undertake a special drive to urge each and every Mumbaikar to join them and speak up against Terrorism. �Mumbai Halla Bol- Ab Chup Rehene ka Waqt Nahi' saw people from all walks of life joining the initiative including Celebrities like Rahul Mahajan, Ad Film maker Prahlad Kakar, Singers Shaan & Ismail Darbar, Tops Security Chief Director Mr. Ramesh Iyer, Dr. Mangeshkar who was one of the hostages at the Taj Hotel, professionals from various companies, College students, an NGO Dreamz Home, Big 92.7 FM listeners and onlookers.

In keeping with its proposition of �Suno, Sunao, Life Banao' Mumbai's No. 1 radio station, organized a huge confluence of people at Metro Big Cinemas. The participants were asked about their thoughts and suggestions in making Mumbai a safe city.RJ Archana Jani of Big Chai urged Mumbaikars to �Halla Bol-Ab Chup Rehne Ka Waqt Nahi'. She asked the participants to speak up and give their views on the terror attacks that happened on 26/11.She along with RJ Rishi of Chal Kalti Maar took viewpoints from the crowd to draw up the �Big Manifesto'. The �Big Manifesto' was a ten point chart which was drawn at the end of the discussions which had the ten utmost important points that Mumbai thought would help in making the city terror free. The radio station would present this to the state government as Mumbai's voice against Terrorism. It was not merely a gathering of people from different genres, but a collective movement had started, a movement to not accept anything as it is, to speak up and ask for justice.

On this day, the �Big citizen army' was also launched wherein the station pledged to take up this cause in a big way. The Big Citizen army will train citizens enabling them to face any kind of calamity and to support a safe, alert and fearless mumbai. The panelists present for this event, pledged their support towards the same. For example, one of the doctors Dr. Mangeshkar who was hostage there, pledged to train people of this BIG citizen army on first aid, taxi union leader Quadros pledged to make their cab fleet a part of this training to avoid untoward incidents such as 26/11 & Big 92.7 FM RJs each pledged to own one area of Mumbai on air.

Commenting on BIG FM's role on the issue, Ms. Neerja Dhillon, Station Head – BIG 92.7 FM said Radio as a medium today can not only inform people, but it can activate a complete movement in the city-not only creating an awareness, but creating a feeling of responsibility. Hence Big 92.7 FM took up this drive to bring together people from various backgrounds like right from top officials from life response services to children from an orphanage home to get their viewpoint and solutions to Mumbai's future.
